Here's something kind of different, a 2000 Toyota Mark II Tourer V. Similar to the Chaser and Cresta, this Mark II is one of the trio of cars Toyota built for the Japanese Domestic Market. Equipped with the 1JZ-GTE VVTi motor, Torsen Differential, and a RWD 4 door platform. Please let me know what you think in the comments below!

Here is my 1998 GX100 Chaser, I picked this vehicle up for the upcoming 2014-2015 winter. Hope you enjoy the video! After I purchased the vehicle I sourced some original Toyota JZX100 staggered wheels Yokohama winter tires from Japan (as seen in the video). So far it's been an absolute pleasure to drive on the snow, I haven't experienced any understeer at all in this vehicle.

My 1998 LS 400 is a great car, really well built, unusually reliable. I made this video to give me a chance to explain the reasons I bought this car. Shortly after making this video the car was sold, it will go down as one of the nicest cars I've owned. This car is known in other markets as a Toyota Celsior UCF20. Recorded with an iPhone 5 ಠ_ಠ.

Here's a video to show what you should expect if you decide to winter drive an LS400. The reason I made this video is that I find most people seem to assume RWD should never be considered for a winter vehicle, instead you must buy a FWD/AWD/4WD. I just wanted to show how a typical big body RWD sedan can handle it just fine (with winter tires).

Heres a video of my new LS400 (to me), car is great, good strong power, supple suspension, etc.. It does seem to whistle abit during full throttle acceleration, of course I didn't notice this on the test drive, because you can really only hear it with the windows down. Car pulls well, but I'd like to get this fixed. Also, seems to lack abit of overall throttle response, perhaps the coolant temp...

This car feels very nice to drive i have the 430 version of it, very premium feel.
After I bought this LS I let my dad drive it, he was so impressed he bought an LS430. It’s been over 10 years since then and he still has the 430. Never had any major problems.
Watching this in 2022, wondering what happened to the car. We have a 2001 LS430 that is our “winter beater”
Hah, I actually bumped into the guy I sold it to just a couple months ago. He still has the car, and it still looks pretty much the same! He brings it to car shows not and stopped winter driving it.

Can you let me know, how comfortable and practical this car is? Is that comfortable in long drive?
It's good! Plenty of space for most folks (6'2" max or so), you can easily stretch out inside. It's not a big car by modern standards, but in the late 90s this was a firmly mid-sized sedan. Noticeably larger than IS300. Think camry/accord size. Definitely a good road trip car, with the only exception being that you cannot fold the rear seats down to increase the trunk space.
What is the difference between a Toyota chaser tourer V with the vvti 1jz-gte and the Mark 2 tourer V vvti 1jz-gte?
The styling really, mechanically they’re identical.
@@fpsColton what about the chaser tourer S and tourer V cause I know the S model doesn’t have turbo but the bays are totally different for what I know is the only difference.
@@Crash.0uts Tourer S will be the non turbo model, and yeah the non turbo JZ looks quite different from a turbo model because they route the intake manifold overtop of the head, so it ruins the clean look of the engine. This model isn’t even a Tourer S, it’s simply a “Tourer” which means it doesn’t even get the non turbo JZ, it got a 1G-FE.

i love a lot of LCD tracks, but i cannot understand how anyone likes this or 'losing my edge'. they have such insanely boring instrumentals, completely uninteresting vocal melodies (or lack thereof). wish i could listen to their albums all the way through, but theres always a wack track like this here and there
